Packaging and Delivery Policy: How Your Products Reach You Safely

When shopping at মাটিরপণ্য, many have one question—“It’s a clay item, won’t it break during delivery?” Our primary goal is to remove this worry. We believe our responsibility isn’t just to sell a product, but to ensure it reaches your hands intact. That’s why we follow a special ‘4-Layer’ (4-Layer) packaging system.

Our Special Packaging System

We know how courier services in Bangladesh handle packages. So, we take no risks.

1. First Layer (Protection): Each product is individually wrapped with Bubble Wrap.
2. Second Layer (Cushioning): We use straw, old paper, etc., in the empty spaces inside the carton or box to ensure the product doesn’t move.
3. Third Layer (Sturdy Box): We use high-quality double-wall cartons that can withstand pressure from the outside.
4. Fourth Layer (Warning): Large “Fragile” stickers are placed on the outside of the box so that delivery persons handle it with care.

Important Delivery Information

• Delivery Time: Usually 2-3 days within Dhaka and 3-5 days outside Dhaka. However, it might be slightly delayed during bad weather or special holidays—we will inform you of that.
