Welcome to Matir Ponno! Before we put our clay products into your hands, we want to have a transparent relationship. So, you can take a quick look at the general terms below. These are primarily created for the security of both you and us.

About the Products

Most of our products are handmade by artisans. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color between the photos and the actual products. We do not call this a defect, but rather the “natural beauty” of clay products, as each product is unique in its own way.

General Regulations

  • All content on this website (images, text, design) is the property of “Matir Ponno.” Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to change or augment these terms and conditions at any time.
  • The website may not be used for misuse or any illegal activities.

Order and Payment

  1. Accurate Information: Please provide your name, address, and phone number correctly when ordering. Otherwise, there will be many issues with delivery.
  2. Payment: You can choose to pay via Cash on Delivery or Bkash. However, the delivery charge must be paid in advance.
  3. Order Confirmation: For any large orders, we will call you to confirm. If we find your phone is switched off, the order may be temporarily suspended.

Delivery Charge Policies

  • Advance Payment Required: Buyers must pay at least the delivery charge in advance. We do not ship any orders without receiving this advance payment.
  • Why We Require Delivery Charge in Advance:
    • Earthenware products are heavy and require specialized, expensive packaging to prevent breakage.
    • We have noticed that when buyers do not pay the delivery charge in advance, they often ignore the order, fail to answer calls, or cancel for no reason, causing significant losses in packaging materials and return courier charges.
  • Non-Refundable: The delivery charge is strictly non-refundable.
