About the Products
Most of our products are handmade by artisans. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color between the photos and the actual products. We do not call this a defect, but rather the “natural beauty” of clay products, as each product is unique in its own way.
General Regulations
- All content on this website (images, text, design) is the property of “Matir Ponno.” Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to change or augment these terms and conditions at any time.
- The website may not be used for misuse or any illegal activities.
Order and Payment
- Accurate Information: Please provide your name, address, and phone number correctly when ordering. Otherwise, there will be many issues with delivery.
- Payment: You can choose to pay via Cash on Delivery or Bkash. However, the delivery charge must be paid in advance. This is essential because we are facing losses due to many fake orders.
- Order Confirmation: For any large orders, we will call you to confirm. If we find your phone is switched off, the order may be temporarily suspended.
Return and Exchange
We check every product thoroughly before sending it and use multiple layers of Packaging. Even then, if you find the product broken or incorrect:
- You must record a video.
- Call us while the delivery person is still present.
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- You won’t have to pay a single extra penny for broken products; we will send a new product or refund the money for that item.
